Area of park = length of park × width of park
= 500 m × 400 m
= 200000 m²
Area of car parking = length × width
= 50 m × 30 m
= 1500 m²
Area of rest park = area of park - area of car parking
= 200000 - 1500
= 198500 m²
Now, probability = area of rest part of park/area of park
= 198500/200000
= 1985/2000
= 0.9925
= 500 m × 400 m
= 200000 m²
Area of car parking = length × width
= 50 m × 30 m
= 1500 m²
Area of rest park = area of park - area of car parking
= 200000 - 1500
= 198500 m²
Now, probability = area of rest part of park/area of park
= 198500/200000
= 1985/2000
= 0.9925
