1/9!+1/10!=x/11!
now by taking LCM
[(10!+9!)*11!]/[10!*9!]=x
now
10!=9! * 10
[9!*10+9!]*11!/[10!*9!]=X
so
taking 9! common
[9!(10+1)*11!]/[9!*10!] =X 9! will get cancel
[11*11!]/10!=X
now 11!=10!*11
SO
[11*10!*11]/10!=X 10! WILL GET CANCEL
121=X
now by taking LCM
