caustic soda is NaOH while sulphuric acid is
H2(SO4) so when you add them in equal amounts
as caustic soda can give one -OH but our acid can give 2 H+ half of the acid will left untouched and remaining will be neutralised by caustic soda forming Na2(SO4) along with water as now we have salt solution as excess of water will dilute the acidic behaviour, but still it will contain free ione
which will make it good conductor of electricity

in short yes it will be very good conductor of electricity due to formation of salt solutions by the chemical reaction between caustic soda and sulphuric acid
