a)there refers to the Innisfree.It is the beautiful place where one can achieve peace and tranquility.There nature is in it's frill swing.

b)The poet describes the different phases of a day by penning its visual beauty. The midnight is full of shining stars, there is purple glow in afternoon due to reflection of water and the linnet birds cover the sky in the evening.

c) Because he has spent his time there as a boy. He is frustrated by the busy schedule of the concrete jungle and wants solace. He misses it a lot.
