the dresses which aren't suitable to wear in society, restriction should be on them. otherwise jeans etc. are common. and wearing them is not a big issue.

There should be no restriction here. It is the girl's choice what she wears but we can consider this fact that girls should wear clothes that suits their body - type and same goes with women. If someone's is confident about wearing a dress and carrying it, then there should be no restrictions. And one thing Sometimes Girls even have 2 compromise and they shoud avoid to showy dresses. The most inportant thing is for a girl to know is she has 2 wear clothes according to the atmostphere present and there should be no compromises for it.
