Given :  there was a stock of 27567890 stocks of wheat in a godown of food corporation of india ( FCI)

During drought and Flood situation in Orrissa and Assam respectively FCI sent 8789045 and 9673500 socks of wheat of these states

To Find : the remaining stocks with FCI

Solution:

Total Stock available =  27567890

Sent to Orissa = 8789045

sent to Assam = 9673500

Total Sent  = 1,84,62,545

remaining stocks with FCI =   Stock available -   Stock sent

= 27567890  -  1,84,62,545

= 91,05,345

Remaining stocks with FCI  is   91,05,345
