there were some people on the train 19 people get off the train at first stop. 17 people get on the train. Now there are 63 people on the train. How many people were on the train to begin with?

Let the initial number of passengers be x
At first stop, number of passengers =x-19
Number of passengers on 2nd stop =x-36
X-36=63
X=99

A.T.Q x-19+17=63
x = 63+ 19-17
x = 65
There were 65 people people on the train in starting
