Two physical systems are in thermal equilibrium if there are no net flow of thermal energy between them when they are connected by a path permeable to heat. Both Bodies have Same thermal energy.

It looks like your question has some options too because it is asking about difference

shretachandrvanshi: This answer is wrong. I will give you options. (1) 1°c (2) -1°c (3) 2°c (4) 0°c
shretachandrvanshi: Please give me your answer
842abhinavkumar: option 4
842abhinavkumar: 0 celcius
842abhinavkumar: as i have already given you the definition which says two bodies have same thermal energy that is temperature
842abhinavkumar: so difference must be zero
