1 ). If a is odd no. and b is not divisible by 3.

Case 1. If b is even and a is divisible by 3.
So, LCM contains the factor of both 2 and 3.
So, LCM of 3a and 2b also be same. i.e.. p.
Case 2.
If b is also odd and a is divisible by 3.
So, LCM contains the factor of 3.
So, LCM is 2p.

Case 3.
If b is even and a is not divisible by 3.
So, LCM contains the factor of 2.
So, LCM is 3p.

Case 4.
If b is odd and a is not divisible by 3.

So, LCM is 6p.
