These plates move around very slowly because of the movement of the molten magma inside the earth which moves in a circular manner. The force which acts on the surface of the earth is called the Exogenic force. The force which acts in the interior of the earth is called the Endogenic force.

Explanation:

This is saying that the tectonic plates move due to the heat generated by molten magama or we can say lava inside the earth.....and these movements are called tectonic movements which causes change on earth....On The basis of these forces which cause them ,these movements are named as Endogenic force and Exogenic force.......

Endogenic force....

it acts inside the earth causing earthquake and volcanic eruptions

Exogenic Force......

It works on the surface of the earth and their effects can be seen in the form of erosional and depositional features of wind, water and ice.....
