Solution :-

As we know that ,cos(A+B) = cosA*cosB - sinA * sinB

and cos ( A - B) = cosA*cosB - sinA*sinB

Since,in question (1)

cos(A+B) + cos(A-B)

cosA*cosB- sinA*sinB + cosA*cosB+ sinA*sinB

2cosA*cosB Answer

(2)

cos(A+ B) - cos( A- B)

cosA*cosB - sinA*sinB - (cosA*cosB+ sinA*sinB)

-2sinA*sinB Answer
