WHAT IS BIG BANG?
Before I start will all the blabbering, let us come to the point straight away.
Big Bang is the most accepted theory in cosmological history that do not fail to tell us about the universe's origin.
All these ambiguous theories and hypotheses won't have risen if we would have been able to peer back into time. But for that, we need to create enough energy to create a tear through space and time. So let's just rely on theories.
WHAT DOES THE THEORY SAY?
We know that universe is expanding since the distance between galaxies is never the same. Let's just go back in time and imagine universe is contracting and contracting until it reached a single point called singularity. Now due to some sub-atomic cor-regular pressure disturbances, there was an explosion and the singularity was no more.
The singularity was now converting into an array of fundamental particles like protons, electrons, neutrons, gravitrons, neutrinos, positrons and the list goes on. Due to imperfect elastic collisions, they started forming masses like planets, asteroids and meteoroids. That just cooled down to present temperature and here we are.
WHO PROPOSED THE BIG BANG THEORY?
American astronomer, Edwin Hubble first observed that galaxies move away from each other. This meant that we are at the centre of universe and once the universe was just a single particle that we call singularity.
WHAT IS SINGULARITY?
Singularity is a state of matter when all mechanical forces approaches zero and there is no space time graph. In simpler words, I will say its just like a world of void but much smaller.
CONCLUSION---
If we look at other cosmological explanations for the formation of universe, it might not be relieving as this one, so that's why it's the chosen one. It is quite possible that there was nothing like singularity or the Big Bang explosion but there have been no nerd bigger than Edwin Hubble so then, just wait for an another one to come up with a new theory.
