Let the lengths of the adjacet side be 2x and 3x respectively.

Also, perimeter=50cm

⇒2(2x+3x)=50cm

⇒10x=50cm

⇒x = 50/10 = 5cm

Thus, the adjacent sides of parallelogram are 10cm and 15cm.

Hence area =15×10 =150cm^2
