Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.

Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action. In other words, it is writing the sentence in reverse order.

Example: I'm decorating the room. (Active)

The room is being decorated by me. (Passive)

NOTE: Sentences that convey habitual actions cannot be changed to passive mode.

They won't help you. (Active)

You won't be helped by them. (Passive)
