धारा 370 भारतीय संविधान का एक विशेष अनुच्छेद यानी धारा है, जो जम्मू-कश्मीर को भारत में अन्य राज्यों के मुकाबले विशेष अधिकार प्रदान करती है। भारतीय संविधान में अस्थायी, संक्रमणकालीन और विशेष उपबन्ध सम्बन्धी भाग 21 का अनुच्छेद 370 जवाहरलाल नेहरू के विशेष हस्तक्षेप से तैयार किया गया था।
