Pashmina is the finest grade of Cashmere fibre. Note that it's the local Kashmiri word for Cashmere and only in the West did people call Pashmina as Cashmere owing to its geographic origin. Pashmina products were made first in Kashmir with raw material coming from Ladakh and Tibetan Changthang.
