Since, keeping mind healthy is a vital aspect of our life, we should ensure our mental health to be better. At times we suffer failure, set backs, stress and anxiety which leads to a poor health leading mind work improperly. One should practice yoga and meditation to keep his mind calm, relax and to able to enough to work efficiently.
Thirdly, comes the aspect society. Society plays an important role in individuals life. See, if there is someone who is not respected by the people around him nor people wish and like spending time together, this truly affects the individual specific emotions.
