A lion would obviously dislike being in a caged environment as he is natural born predator who has instincts to hunt and he is meant to roam large grasslands. A lion is supposed to hunt down its prey as every predator does but if kept in a zoo he would gradually become lazy and dependent on the zookeepers for his daily food.
