have you ever imagined when our mood swings? yes it is when we get depressed or feel lone or when we feel something unhealthy on us.
most of present world teenagers have this problem! as everyone knows every problem has solution, so do this one !
sometimes changing our mood depending on situations helps us to be stable and balanced in life without getting into the stress of that particular situation.
In a way, mood swinging proves to be not a problem but a solution to change our mentality when we get depressed or feel uncomfortable with ourself .
