4 th dimension isn’t just time, it’s Space-Time Continuum. This is not something you can draw because it is a flow of events of life through through time and space and when you consider a slice of it you can visualize a 3-dimensional object in space specified by x,y,z axis at time t=T1 and if you consider drawing this 3-d constant point of space and time, you can only put it on 2-d plane because drawing is 2-dimensional. This becomes a hypothetical fact. The best example of visualizing the 4-d object is “Tesseract”, which is a 4-d hypercube. Please refer to this link for more info.
