Washing hands before eating

Wearing clean and washed clothes

Not biting nails

Doing brush twice a day

Doing bath twice everyday

1. Drink water just after waking up in the morning.

2. Excercise daily for atleast 10 to 20 minutes.

3. Go for a walk, (taking fast steps especially in the morning).

4. Wash your hands before your meal.

5. Smile

6. Listen to something, which is very important for your brain.

7. Eat by chewing more (best is 32 times per bite).

8. Don't Sleep just after a meal.
Just after any meal, sit for a while.

9. Never ignore Nature's call__(toilet, etc)

10. Brush & Bath everyday for once, if possible.
