Things yo do to keep healthy :
Cleaness is important and first and for most to keep our self healthy,
Being Healthy is not means a man who is with a great personality, if you are mentally, physically, and socially good and healthy then i will most a healthy and smart person,
Anyways,, To be a healthy man,
You must have to care about your diet,
That what are you eating in your regular basis,
If u are junk food addicted like u use to survive on junk foods, then u must have to do some changes in your diet,
Try to avoiding maximum oily food, it will distory your great personality and yours alot os things too like maximum oily food is cause of skin problems, so you must have to avoid oily , junk foods,
Vegetables is the good source if you wanna be a healthy, Try to eat in a proper amount everything in your daily basis,
Well, I'm also not a kid like this, evry teen and kids loves junk foods ,we kids are surviving beacuse of junk foods,,
Its okay but excess of everything is bad so it will depends on you, how you gonna deal with your health :)
Now i'm going to mention some good tips which will helps u ^-^...
Eat an apple daily,' It will keeps u disease free, and far from doctors'
Eat some almonds daily ' this is a good source of vitamins,iron,magnese,minerals,calcium,and many more, eat '8-10' soaked almonds in every single day, for great nutrients, in a individual day.
Do not eat any junk food after 5 pm.
Drink water in proper quantity ' Water is such a wonder liquid it will helps to keep your personality maintain and your health and skin too shiny and good so drink water in proper quantity'
Drink milk, if yoy are a teen then about 250 grams, if adult then 200 grams hardly but make sure to check out diet's list cause i'm not sure tho man,
Milk contains alots of nutrients,Peoples belive this is a complete food but not actaully due to the lack of vitamin c and iron. but it is a best and oerfect food for daily basis,
That every teens,kids hates but it is necessary things in a person's diet.

If u wanna keep your self healthy or wanna know things neccesary to keep yourself healthy then must have to take meal on time be careful about yourself health do not eat junk foods, do not eat so much oily, take bath daily,brush your teeth twice in a day, cut your nails and keep them neat and clean,,,,
