For custard we need milk,fruits,dry fruits,sugar and custard powder .
firstly milk should be hot so we can add custard powder in that and mix more couple of minutes after that we add sugar for sweet taste and lastly we add sliced fruits and dry fruits and after that we freez it for some times ...... its ready now
it is healthy food because in that no oil that's make our health worst
fruits give us nutrients , milk also give us vitamins .
