It's a folktale story, 1st goat's name is thunder and 2nd goat's name is lightning, they 2 were mother and son.
At the beginning , only rain falls from the sky there were no thunder and lightning, when the son goat get's angry he throws lightning from his horns, then the goat's mother shouts at him like a thunder.
At the middle the villagers became angry on the goats because they were ruining then village, they went to their king and complained about it.
At the end the king came to the goats and send them to the sky.....
from then when it rains thunder and lightning occurs.

Once in a village, a mother and a daughter will be living in poverty. The daughter was a humble girl, while her mother was greedy. Ones goose of the heaven decided to help them. So the heavenly goose landed before the girl who was picking fruits. The girl was startled to see such a magnificent, golden goose land before her all of a sudden. Then the goose gave her one of its feather and told her to keep it under her pillow for a night. The next day, the girl found a golden coin instead of the feather under her pillow. This continued for days. The daughter would give the coin to her mother which they sold in the market and get money in return. One day , the goose landed as usual. This time the mother started plucking all the feathers in the thought of getting rich at the same time. But she was shocked to see that all the golden feathers turned white instead of a majestic coin. The goose never returned, teaching the mother a lesson.
