Think about when the car with the crash dummy crashed into the wall. Was the force that the wall applied to the car also applied to the dummy?

So when the dummy got the impact, actually before the impact the dummy was in inertia with the car, just as the car crashed into the wall there was an equal and opposite force, I recon the hands were touching the wheel of the car so the upper part of the body would receive the same impact as the car when it smashed into the wall, but since we know that the lower part or mostly the legs don’t come to rest directly, so the legs would also receive the same impact but after some seconds later, the conclusion is that the whole body will receive the same impact as the car did but at different intervals, let’s say for example, I’m riding a bike, and suddenly I hit a rock, I fell down XD, jokes apart, my face would hit the ground first and seconds later the rest of the body, got my point?......hopefully you’ve understood what i meant.
