When oil from a tin is poured through a funnel placed tightly into the neck of
a bottle, the oil stays in the funnel. Why? Raise the funnel a little and place it
again on the bottle. Oil starts flowing into the bottle. Why does this happen?​

If the funnel is tightly packed or sealed and then oil is poured into that bottle using funnel then oil stays in the funnel because air inside the bottle does not allow the oil to get poured into it
