Answer:

Passion is a journey full of learning at worse, and fulfillment at best. Trying to create a sense of urgency about finding and doing what you love can backfire. It could stress you out. You could even feel very depressed about it all. You can’t force passionate work out of yourself. It’s a discovery that needs time, purpose and open-mindedness.

If you still haven't found what you really want to do as hobby or full time career that brings out the best in you, don’t beat yourself up, you will know it when you find something that makes you lose yourself and your sense of time. It’s a process that needs nurturing.

As long as you are doing something about work that could mean a lot to you in life, that is more than enough. It does not have to become a job. You can love your job and still pursue something different and meaningful to you. You can have more than one interest in life.

And you don’t need anyone’s permission to begin work that matters to you. Noboby can force you into finding you life’s work now. You can do what you love and still making a good living doing a regular job.

But you can have both though. “Doing what you love” and making a good living from it. That’s the ultimate goal for most people. If you earn a living doing meaningful, profitable work that perfectly aligns with your skills, strengths and experience, work will cease to be a chore. You will enjoy every process of your work when you get there.
