I shall convince him to cooperate with others and recognise the hard work of teammates. Perhaps he would be humble next time

I shall ask him to share to others so when he needs something in future then they will be willing to help

I will call for help or yell "stop, thief!", and chase him.

I shall enter and remind him that old people have more experience than young people and it is wrong to intimidate an old man as he is helpless and it is a sin to attack a helpless being.
