Answer:

This is not the time for dramatic confessions. No one wants to be the candidate who, halfway through their interview, finds the recruiter furtively dialling 999 because they’ve just admitted a felony. Workplace dilemmas are typically more likely to be about potential grey areas than jailable offences: for example, what’s the trade-off between a good deal for the organisation and a good deal for the client… between being ambitious and stepping on colleagues – or doing a deal that helps one group of people but not others, indeed perhaps puts others at a disadvantage?

Answer:

i had to either put up wit sexist comments, or not risk losing my job. this guy i kew at this contruction site, kept makiing comments like "why is she here? this is a mans job, not a job for a little girl" and kept telling me how im not usefull (even though i can do mostl the same tasks he dose by myself like ?!!) i did not wnt him to lose his job though. i got diffrent opinions, some said "yeah speak out. you're able to do a mans job, hes just an a** **le." and some said "he is helping hi sparents out, its going to be tough for him to find another job." so i was kind of stuck there. i evenntually chose to just talk to him and prove him wrong. i told him if he dosent like working with a girl who dose the same things he dose, he ca leave. or deal with the fact i can. ever since that he has stopp making those comments and actually we work on tasks together. i belive i ddi behave ethicallly, i ddnt yel it at him, i talked with calmness.
