Think of every thing you have done in the last week. Write a letter to your teacher, telling him or her about your week, trying to use as many phrasal verbs as possible.

Respected Sir,

How are you? Hope you are enjoying the best of health and happiness. Last Monday I had to go for some work so I dressed up and went out. On the way I bumped into Ramesh. As the exams are approaching we decided to drop in at Mohan's place and take a book from him. But he was not at home.

We left a message asking him to call back. We decided to carry on our studies and do without the book. On Wednesday we decided to brush up on our Mathematics. It was difficult for us to carry on our studies without the book. Luckily on Thursday we came across another classmate whom we knew we can count on. He helped us to calm down and deal with the situation.

On Friday we found out that the book was available in the library. On Saturday we focused on the book and studied hard till we dropped off. On Sunday we got together and discussed the sample question papers.

In this way, we did not waste any time last week and prepared for the forthcoming examinations.

                                                                      With regards
