Now, healthy eating is mainly what you eat to stay healthy and fit and fine. When we eat junk food, we feel that it's really delicious and all that, but that's not the thing the taste of junk food is till the mouth only as once we eat it we don't realize how devastating it's side-effects could be on the body. I accept that the the taste of pulses, green veggies are bit sour but as I mentioned above the taste is till the mouth only and they really do good to the body and keep us fit ,  fine and healthy.So, that's why it's rightly said that 'Think of what you put in your mouth, that's what healthy eating is all about'.

What you put in your mouth is what healthy eating is. If we need to be healthy one has to have proper food. By this it does not mean that one has to do rash dieting. To be healthy one has to follow balanced diet with sufficient amount of proteins, vitamins, minerals etc. Nowadays, people go for tasty and spicy foods rather than nutritious ones. They prefer energy drinks rather than fresh juices and water. Drinking 8 glasses of water per day can get rid of so many diseases. But people prefer to eat fast foods, canned foods, preserved beverages for its artificial taste. Its all about what we eat can determine our healthy future. If one eats healthily, then he will be healthy in his older age.
