actually if u solve this u will get 9.6 biscuits....but since no biscuits industry will give half biscuits to their costumers therefore approximately 10 biscuits will be there in new packet.

Total no of biscuits = 8 + (8 * 20/100) = 9.6
The biscuits we get extra = 2
