both the sun's are of the same type so I'll explain you the first one and I am sure you will understand the second one also.
if a,b,c are 3 numbers and their sum i.e a+b+c=0, then sum of their cubes i.e a^3+b^3+c^3=3abc
so in the sum the numbers are 60,-45,-15 (take the numbers with their sign)
their sum is zero.
so 60^3+(-45^3)+(-15^3) = 3(60)(-45)(-15) = 121500
the next one is also very similar
pls try it in the same way to understand it
