If all the tickets were sold for 60c then 0.60x30=$18 would have been raised. The extra $22-$18=$4 was raised from tickets costing $1. Each $1 ticket raises an extra 40c, so 400c/40c = 10 tickets were sold for $1 and 30-10=20 for 60c.
