This answer is right but.... it still says it's wrong the answer is 8 litres but I wrote the litres part wrong. >_

Answer:

Volume of Tank = LBH

=length \times breadth \times height

= 2.4 \times 2.5 \times 4 = 24 {m}^{3}

As 1 Cubic metre =1000 L

So

24 {m}^{3}  = 24000l

As One Third of the volume is Water

Answer is 8000 Litres
