Answer:

Hey, man! I also study in CBSE Class IX and believe me, this question would be really easy for you  if you just read the first chapter, Democracy in the Contemporary World.

P.S that 1st chapter has not been done in my school and so, I think it isn't done anywhere.

See the explanation for the answer

Explanation:

i) The United States of America had taken it onto themselves to thrust democracy in countries of the contemporary world for a better global hub. For that, they had attacked and occupied Iraq by force and thrust democracy in the then un-democratic nation. This cartoon is depicting the same. U.S armed forces are thrusting democracy into the sands of Iraq. Armed forces are symbol of forced democracy.

ii) I have attatched 2 figures. The first one is the picture from 'Read the Cartoon' and the second one shows the logo of American fast food compony, McDonald's. Can you find a relation between the two? The 'M' used in figure 1 is the very logo of McDonald's which is very popular in the United States of America! This is for denoting that a mockery of democracy had been made and external powers were involved. This cannot be called a proper democratic move.

I hope that you liked my answer and understood the concept. Concept building is very important in pol. science. Please mark as brainliest and give proper review. Thank you.
