the actual colour of cloud is black but due to scattering of light it seems to be like blue

When there is water in clouds then the rays of sun can't fall down of the the cloud means when there is water in clouds the clouds are not transferring light to land
so they seem black
And when there is no water in clouds the clouds can pass the sun rays to land
THESE IS CORRECT REASON
