Q: You see a lot of handbills posters sticking public property like over bridges traffic lights post and wall as election are around a corner.This spoils the beauty of your city and looks unpleasant.

dirty surroundings and wastage of paper. others can tell them to stop such stuffs. instead of putting banners or handbills everywhere they could put a big boards so that everyone can see instead of putting small papers everywhere. ppl would just ignore it because its just a small paper that is being wasted . the authorities can ban all these stuffs  and instead they can build up huge banners ,so the surroundings look neat as well as there is no wastage of papers .
