1. = x^2 + 4√2x + 6
= x^2 + √2x + 3√2x + 6
= x(x + √2) + 3√2(x + √2)
= (x + √2)(x + 3√2)

2. = x^2 + 5√3x + 12
= x^2 + √3x + 4√3x + 12
= x(x + √3) + 4√3(x + √3)
= (x + √3)(x + 4√3)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. x² + 4√2 x + 6

= x² + 3√2 x +1√2 x + 6  { ( 3√2 x + 1 √2 x =4√2 x and 3√2 x * √2 x = 6 x² }

= x ( x + 3√2 ) + √2 ( x + 3√2 )

= ( x + 3√2 ) ( x + √2 ).

                   ------------------------------------------------------

2. x² + 5√3 x + 12

= x² + 4√3 x + √3 x + 12  { ( 4√3 x + √3 x) = 5√3 x and 4√3 x * √3 x = 12 x²}

= x ( x + 4√3 ) + √3 ( x + 4√3 )

= ( x + 4√3 ) ( x + √3 ).
