This is for about single replacement reactions.
Question: If a reaction does not occur write “no reaction”, but if a reaction occurs, write a balanced equation.

Fe + Pb(NO3)2 →

Pb + Fe(NO3)2 →

Cu + Al2(SO4)3 →

Al + Pb(NO3)2 →

Cl2 + NaI →

Al + CuCl2 →

Br2 + CaI2 →

Answer:

Fe + Pb(NO3)2 → Fe(NO3)2 + Pb

Pb + Fe(NO3)2 → No reaction

Cu + Al2(SO4)3 → No reaction

Al + Pb(NO3)2 → Al(NO3)2 + Pb

Cl2 + 2NaI → 2NaCl + I2

2Al + 3CuCl2 → 2AlCl3 + 3Cu

Br2 + CaI2 → CaBr2 + I2

Explanation:

Refer Reactivity Series

For metal decreasing order of reactivity

K, Na, Ca, Mg, Al, Zn, Fe, Ni, Sn, Pb, H, Cu, Hg, Ag, Au, Pt

For Halogen decreasing order of reactivity

F2, Cl2, Br2, I2
