Answer:

a) The colour of the solution changes because here displacement reaction takes place. As iron is more reactive than copper it displaces copper in copper sulphate solution and thus forms Iron Sulphate, a green coloured solution and copper which gets displaced appears a reddish brown coating on the iron nail .

b) Fe+CuSO4= FeSO4+Cu

( Iron ) + ( Copper sulphate solution ) = ( Iron Sulphate) + ( Copper)

c) It is a chemical change
