1. I keep my room clean. I seep and mop my room daily.

2. I take bath regularly. I trim my nails everyday. I also keep my hair clean.

3. I brush twice a day, in the morning and at night.

4. I wash my hands before eating anything or before meals.

5. I keep my dishes and utensils very clean.

6. I cover my nose as well as mouth while sneezing and coughing.

7. I clean my surroundings and throw garbages only in the dustbins.
