We all know that cleanliness is next to godliness. Swachhta means cleanliness and transparency.
Clean India or Swachh Bharat initiative was taken by Modi government.
To maintain health and hygiene a person should always keep his surrounding neat and clean.
From waking up in the morning till going off to sleep at night, everyone should refrain from any kind of activity that includes dirtying his/ her surrounding.
The ways I practice Swachhta are, disposing of garbage in a specific place where it is collected by municipality every weekend. Not using plastic packets , bottles, as they are non biodegradable.
Not littering and spitting on road as this acts as an incubator for the germs and bacterias to grow.
Practicing of regular sweeping and dusting at home to keep it clean. Always washing of hand and feet after coming to home from outside.
These are few habits that everyone should adopt to maintain swachhta at home as well as in the streets.
Cause if we make our environment dirty, it will affect on us only.
