We should always keep our surrounding clean and neat. Cleanliness has many benefits.
Some of the benefits of cleanliness includes -
1. It keeps us body energetic.
2. Also, it helps to prevent diseases like malaria, dengue, typhoid, etc.
3. We get a better air to breath in, in a clean environment.
I practice Swachata in my daily life by :
1. Regulary cleaning my room by sweeping and mopping.
2. I always through plastics and other wastes in dustbins.
3. I separate the biogradable wastes from non biodegradable wastes and keep them separately in 2 bags.
The ways to practice swachhta in our daily life:
1. Basically, to start from ourselves, we should bath daily to lead a hygienic life.
2. We should insist and motivate our family members to have bath on daily basis.
3. We should keep our home clean.
4. We should maintain cleanliness of our home i.e. weekly or bi-weekly, cleaning should be done for whole house.
5. We should drop the dirt/ garbage into the garbage bins given by the government and not to throw it anywhere.
6. We should spread the message of benefits of swachhta in our society as well as in our relatives and friends.
7. In public places, we should throw garbage in dust bins only.
