1-prove that DBEF is a llgm (by mid point theorem DB ll FE and DF ll BE therefore DBEF is a llgm) since DE is the diagonal it llgm into 2 triangles of equal areas therefore ar[DEF] =ar[BDE]
                   similarily  ar[DEF]= ar[DAF]
                                   ar[DEF]= ar[EFC]   
                                   ar[DEF]=ar[DEF]
