Given :-

( 3a - 4b )

To Find :-

Square of the given

Solution :-

Before starting the answer , let's recall ;

  • ( a - b )² = a² + b² - 2ab

Now , we have to find ( 3a - 4b )² , using above identity we have ;

___________________

{ : \implies \quad \bf ( 3a - 4b)² = (3a)² + (4b)² - 2 \times 3a \times 4b}

{ : \implies \quad \bf \therefore \quad ( 3a - 4b)² = 9a² + 16b² -24ab}

Henceforth , option d) 9a² + 16b² - 24b is correct :)
