Explanation:

lancelot is in the garden of portia's palace... he is teasing Jessica in a sarcastic way

lorenzo is to be blamed more as acc to launcelot he was Christian before but now he made Jessica also a Christian along with him so this way if Christians will increase it will raise the price of pigs as Christian are pork eaters

use hint from ans 2 in ans 3

conflict of religions can be explained through many points in the scene not only from this passage alone

acc to launcelot...... punishment of father's sin is given to his children in Jewish mythology so Jessica would receive punishment for her fathers sin

but Jessica can escape dammation if she becomes a Christian (if she marries lorenzo) which she did

PLS PLS MARK IT BRAINLIEST .... IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO WRITE....SO PLEASE

1. Launcelot is in the street of Venice. He is discussing about the behaviour of Shylock with Jessica.

2. Launcelot is blamed more by Shylock bcoz he feels that Launcelot is useless fellow and is not at helping in any of his work.
