My role model is Neil Armstrong as I want to be astronaut....
Neil Armstrong the first man who walk on moon was born in Ohio , Wapakoneta , on august 5 , 1930.... Neil Armstrong was an American astronaut and aeronautical engineer... he was also a naval aviator, test pilot , and university professor.
After serving as a naval aviator from 1949 to 1952 , Armstrong join the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics ( NACA) in 1955.
His first assignment was with the NACA Lewis
research centre in Cleveland.
Over the next 17 YEARS , HE WAS AN ENGINEER, TEST PIOLET , ADMISTRATOR , AND ASTRONAUT FOR NACA AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY, The Space administration and National Aeronautics NASA...
He has flewn over different models of 200 aircraft including jets, rockets , and helicopters.
Armstrong transferred to astronaut status in 1962 , he was assigned as command pilot for the Gemini 8 mission , Gemini 8 was launched on march 16 , 1966 and Armstrong performed as the first successful docking of two vehicles in space .
Armstrong subsequently held the position of Deputy Associate Administrater for Aeronautics NASA Headquarters, D.C in the position, He was responsible for the coordination and management of overall NASA research and technology work related to Aeronautics.
He received bachelor of science degree in Aeronautics engineering from Purdue. University and master of science in Aerospace engineering from the university of southern California.
He was a number of national academy of the kingdom of Morocco.
Armstrong passed out august 25, 2012. he was 82 at that.
