this is std 5 maths : y+6/4=y+3 . solve the equation

y+6/4 =y+3

2y=3-6/4

2y=6-12/4

2y=6/4

2y=3/2

y=√3/2

....

alamabyaz: its going to be cross multiplied . y+6=4y+12 than y-4y=12-6 than 3y=6 than y=6/3 = 2. end 2 is the answer
