Hi, 

Let us see the criteria for being perfect square.

A number can only be perfect square if it ends with 1, 4, 5, 6, 9 or 0.

So, let us see the number.......
It is 5372.
Its unit digit is 2. 
It does not fulfill above criteria. 

So, it cannot be perfect square.

Now, let us verify this........

5372------
√5372= 73.29

Hence, it is proved that it is not a perfect square.
